Troy brings over 40 years of experience as a Builder, Real Estate developer, Project Manager, Designer and Software/System Engineer.

Worked in high-end residential construction, providing optimal architectural designs. Utilized BIM and 3D visualization software to design and present 3D models of proposed locations. Created 3D models in Revit. 3D models in rendering software such as Lumion and Twinmotion to create realistic images and animations. Created and modified architectural such as Floorplan, Electrical, Elevations and Sections drawings in AutoCAD.
