HOW IT WORKS: When you purchase a one-time membership, your investment is added to our land purchasing Trust. We then acquire properties in areas that has a high resale or rental potential. As a member you will have the opportunity to purchase units below market price to flip or keep as income rentals (AirBnB).
Your first purchase will be 20% below market sale price. That will give you 20% plus equity position to resell as a flip or keep it. All other purchases will be 15% below market sale price. Example: A townhouse 3 bed rooms 2.5 bath market value $225,000 US. You will be able to purchase it for $180,000 US giving you $45,000 equity position. (Finance will be available o.a.c) Airbnb low average rental is $175 per night. That’s $1,050 per week and about $55,000 potential income per year (PER UNIT)
TO BE COME A LIFETIME MEMBER of the Investment Club, there is a one time fee of $5,000 US. Deposit of $1,000 and Balance Paid within 3 months. MEMBERSHIP FEE WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR FIRST INVESTMENT PURCHASE
